Process

For your child to be enrolled at Glenroy Specialist School they must be physically or multiply disabled or have complex health needs. If you believe that your child meets these criteria, arrange to visit Glenroy Specialist School to help you to decide whether the school, its facilities and programs are suited to your child. Phone the Assistant Principal, Jane Fincham on 03 93042263, for an appointment.

For the next step in the enrolment process, you will need to collect reports from your child's paediatrician and therapists. When you have these, we will conduct an Intake meeting to determine your child's needs at school.

Prep tours commence in Term 2. In Term 4 Glenroy Specialist School arranges Prep orientation and parent information sessions, and in the first few days of the following year we arrange a Parent/Teacher meeting.

Please check the DET enrolment criteria, including the supporting evidence required, and the Glenroy Specialist School zone map.
